Rice uduk

How to make it very easy
 Ingredients:
 
1. Rice to taste
2. 6 pieces bay leaves, more is fine
3. 3 stalks lemongrass
4. 3 cm galangal
5. Salt to taste
6. Thick coconut milk to taste.

Directions:
Rice in the wash and then in steam for 25 minutes
Boil coconut milk with bay leaves, lemongrass, galangal and give salt to taste

So it was rice uduk. Serve it along with side dishes like scrambled eggs, tofu, add thepeanut sauce.
